How much water is required?

A cleaning product tablet can be dissolved in 750 ml of water.

A hand soap tablet can be dissolved in 350 ml of water.

Should I use hot or cold water?

Both work very well. The hotter the water, the faster the tablet dissolves.

How do I use the tablets properly?

1.Start by closing your bottle’s vaporizer nozzle (OFF position).

2. Place one tablet into a bottle of water (see the quantity required on your product’s packaging).

3. Wait for the tablet to dissolve completely.

When using the product, open the vaporizer nozzle (ON position). With each cleaning, shake the bottle lightly to ensure the concentrate is evenly-distributed throughout the cleanser. Have you finished your first tablet? Well done, you’ve saved the use of a plastic bottle. Now remember to rinse the bottle before adding a second tablet.

Does the bottle have to be completely empty before adding a second tablet?

In order to guarantee a perfect concentration of the product, we recommend emptying the bottle between each addition of new tablet.

Can I shake the bottle to dissolve the tablet?

Normally the tablet dissolves within seconds. If, however, the tablet is not completely dissolved or the product does not appear to be completely mixed, you can shake the bottle slightly. However, make sure the vaporizer nozzle is closed (OFF) before shaking.

Can I use a bottle I have at home?

Sure! The process is then the same as if you were using our bottles.

Do your products wash as well as the famous blue cleanser brand?

Ultimately, yes! However, we use natural products in our formulation, unlike that famous blue product company. Since there’s no alcohol in our tablets, the water can sometimes take longer to evaporate. We therefore suggest that you wash your mirrors and windows with a microfibre towel and wipe immediately with a dry cloth. One of our formulation processes allows the cleaning area to be polished for a shiny finish.

What ingredients are in your products?

Are your products tested on animals?

Of course not! Our products are vegan. We also hold aLeaping Bunny certification.

Why don’t you use essential oils?

Some essential oils can harm pregnant women or certain people who are more vulnerable. This is why we prefer to use natural fragrances.

Where are your products made?

We manufacture our products in Quebec City, Canada.

Is your packaging recyclable or biodegradable?

Our tablet packaging is certified compostable. The packaging is made of corn starch.

Why are your tablets individually wrapped?

In order to preserve their cleaning power, our tablets must be kept dry, which is why we wrap them individually. However, our packaging is compostable. If you wish to purchase a package of 50 units, you can contact our team at retailers@myni.ca

Do your soaps irritate the skin?

Our soaps are laboratory tested and demonstrate non-irritating properties.

Can I use your bottles if I am gluten intolerant?

For the moment, only few studies have been done on wheat straw and people with gluten intolerance. However, based on the information currently available, it appears that the use of wheat straw bottles poses a minimal risk. In the case of an intolerance, such as celiac disease, it affects the digestive system. Therefore, the product must be ingested to pose a health risk. MYNI cleaning products are obviously not edible.

Please note that we cannot confirm there's no risk to use the wheat straw cleaning bottles and hand soap bottles if you have a gluten intolerance. If you would like more information and to know more about the potential risks, we recommend that you contact a health professional or a specialized organization, such as Coeliaque Québec.

How can I track my shipment?

Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you ordered cleaning tablets only, you may not have package tracking, as we use stamps. Otherwise, a tracking number will be included in the email to allow you totrack your shipment.

Who is your carrier?

We work with several carriers, including Purolator, Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Dicom, Canada Post, and Loomis.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

Email hello@myni.ca within 3 weeks following shipment, and include your order number. It will be our pleasure to help you.

Is it normal if I haven't received a tracking number?

Some of our smaller shipments are sent untracked. If you haven’t received your shipment within 9 days after it has been shipped, please email us at hello@myni.ca.

How can I cancel my order?

We do not accept any cancellation. However, if you made a mistake at the time of your order. Please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will do everything in our power to help you.

What if I receive the wrong product?

MYNI is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders or delivery errors. It is the consumer's responsibility to verify their delivery information before finalizing the order.
