Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you ordered cleaning tablets only, you may not have package tracking, as we use stamps. Otherwise, a tracking number will be included in the email to allow you to track your shipment.

Yes, we ship internationally but the customer is responsible for customs clearance fees, if any.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

YES! All myni's product are cruelty free and NOT tested on animals. Myni is also certified Leaping Bunny.

We recommend using myni bottles because our refill tablets and powder were designed and tested to be used with our bottles for an optimal consumer experience.

While our home cleaners bottles should be used in myni's 750 ml bottles, you can use them with your 500 ml bottles at home. However, the solution will be a little more concentrated and the tablet may not dissolve completely.

You can use hot or warm water to dissolve your myni tablets, both work very well. The hotter the water, the faster the tablet dissolves.

The product in tablet form will be stable at room temperature for at least 12 months, but the odour may diminish/evaporate over time.

Transparency is at the heart of our business. You can find the list of ingredients here. We only use MYNImalist ingredients. 😉

The fragrances used are aromatic oils, and they are partly synthetic. We cannot communicate all the components of the fragrances, as they are sometimes a mixture of about ten compounds. We sometimes have the exact composition from the distributor. We have chosen not to use natural fragrances, as they lack stability/uniformity from one batch to another and are also more sensitive to ageing.

Yes. The ingredients we use are all biodegradable and since you could throw in a dissolved tablet (a product diluted in water), we don't think it's a problem for you to put it in the sink. On the other hand, just to be sure, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of your septic tank to find out what to put in it and what to avoid.

Cleaners

No, normally the tablet dissolves within seconds. If, however, the tablet is not completely dissolved or the product does not appear to be completely mixed, you can shake the bottle slightly. However, make sure the vaporizer nozzle is closed (OFF) before shaking.

Personal care

Yes, you'll need to shake the bottle for products like our 3 in 1 and hair care. After pouring the powder over the water, close the bottle and mix gently. Then, let it sit for at least 6 hours, and mix vigorously again.

Our products are laboratory tested to ensure that they are safe for children. Our products are suitable for sensitive skin.

Yes when the product is prepared. However, keep the tablet/powder out of the reach of your pets. The product is still concentrated when not mixed.

We do. 

All our products (cleaners, hair & body, laundry and dishwasher) are offered with a fragrance free option. 

There are preservatives in almost all our products. Once prepared, our products contain 90-95% water, so the addition of preservatives is necessary to prevent the growth of microorganisms. Preservatives are even more necessary since the products are sometimes found in a humid and hot area such as the shower/bathroom.

Body and hair care

The preservative system used for hair and body products (shampoo, body wash, 3-in-1 and conditioner) provides gentle, broad spectrum protection. It is composed of:

• Gluconolactone, a molecule derived from natural sources and approved by the COSMOS standard.
• Sodium Benzoate, a synthetic molecule, but identical to that found in nature. This ingredient is also authorized by the COSMOS standard.

For your information, the COSMOS standard is a standard defining organic and natural cosmetic products. It is the reference used in Europe, but we use it as a basis for the choice of our ingredients because of the strictness of its criteria.

Our products are not supposed to go bad as we use natural preservatives. Still, we suggest using them within 6 months to preserve the natural fragrances.

The Canadian Skin Health Program (SHP) recognizes skin care products that are fragrance-free or unscented, have a low risk of irritation and do not contain any of the most common allergens. All of our products are fragrance-free. However, we do not have official certification. 

So far, only a few studies have been done on wheat straw and people with gluten intolerance. However, based on the information currently available, it seems that the use of wheat straw bottles presents a minimal risk. In the case of an intolerance, such as celiac disease, it affects the digestive system. Therefore, the product must be ingested to pose a health risk. MYNI cleaning products are obviously not edible. 

Please note that we cannot confirm that it is safe to use the wheat straw bottles if you have a gluten intolerance. If you would like more information and to know the potential risks, we recommend that you contact a health professional or a specialized organization, such as Coeliaque Québec.

In order to guarantee a perfect concentration of the product, we recommend emptying the bottle between each refilling.

YES! We use natural fragrances to avoid harming pregnant women or certain people who are more vulnerable.

You can use our

• all purpose cleaner on counters and sealed wood. We do not recommend using it on natural stone surfaces, as they are slightly acidic.
• bathroom cleaner for tubs, sealed tile & shower surfaces.
• glass + mirror cleaner on glass, mirrors & windows.
• stainless steel cleaner on stainless steel surfaces.
• degreaser cleaner to clean the range hood, cooking surfaces and counter
• quartz and stone cleaner to clean natural stone surfaces.
• floor cleaner is suitable for delicate surfaces such vinyl, ceramic, parquet and more.

All cleaning products has the same ingredients, the difference is the concentration percentages. The ingredients are not all at the same percentage from one product to another.

YES! For wood, we recommend the glass and mirror cleaner because of its neutral pH. For ceramic, the all-purpose cleaner is perfect.

Yes, our products are HE compatible.

The detergent tablets should be used in warm to hot water to dissolve efficiently. 

This can happen depending on the temperature of the water, you can leave the residue in the bottom of the tank for the next wash, it does not cause any problems.

You can use your soap bottles but they must be foaming and have a volume of 500ml. Myni tablets also work with the old Filo hand soap bottles.

Our hair and body care collection are laboratory tested and demonstrate non-irritating properties.

The MYNI shampoo and conditioner are unisex and designed to be suitable for all hair types, even those with sensitive scalp. The formulas gently cleanse and nourish, leaving hair clean, fresh, soft, shiny, and revived.

Each pack of powder, once mixed with water, creates 400 ml of product. How long this lasts depends on how often you shower, how many people share your myni products and how much product you prefer to use each time. If two people are using myni, each 400ml bottle is expected to last one month. Once you have activated the powder with water, we recommend using your myni product within 6 months.

The bottle is made of wheat straw and the spray of recycled plastic.

Our tablet packaging is certified compostable. The packaging is made of corn starch.

In order to preserve their cleaning power, our tablets must be kept dry, which is why we wrap them individually. However, our packaging is compostable. If you wish to purchase a package of 50 units, you can contact our team at retailers@myni.ca
