What are the shipping costs?

Our goal is to offer you eco-responsible products at the best price. Thus, if your order is small enough, it will be sent in an unmarked envelope to avoid higher shipping costs (this method does not provide a tracking number).


What is the processing time for my order?

We process orders within 3-5 business days for Canada and 3-7 days for USA.

Shipping times may vary with each carrier and each shipping region. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

The customer is responsible for customs clearance fees, if any.

I did not receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?

Once your order has been completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or contact us at

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

At the time of shipment, an email containing the tracking number (if applicable) will be sent to you.

It is your responsibility to track your order.

My order has been returned to sender. What do I do?

If the order is not picked up from the carrier and returned to our facilities, or if there is an error in the shipping address, you have two options:

  1. We can return the order to you upon payment of the shipping costs.
  2. We can refund your order, less shipping costs and handling costs ($4).

You are responsible for tracking your order.

I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

If you wish to modify your order, please email us at within one hour of placing your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may attempt to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

You must email within a maximum of 3 weeks after your order is sent, i.e., the date upon which you received your shipping confirmation email. Please also provide your order number. It will be our pleasure to help you.

Is it normal if I haven't received a tracking number?

Some of our smaller shipments are sent untracked. If you haven’t received your shipment within 9 days after it has been shipped, please email us at
